U-Series Chef Knife (1)

This kitchen knife has a smooth cutting edge, rigid blade and a pointed tip. The curved handle gives it a solid grip, with an extension over the top of the blade on which you can rest your index finger while chopping foods. The angle of the handle is suitable for the other hand to be able to rest on top of the blade to help guide it while dicing or chopping. Comes with a protective sheath.
